May I exchange a purchase?

 

We are happy to accommodate our customers and will allow items to be exchanged, but we must be notified of your request within 2 days of receiving your purchase. In the event, we receive a damaged item you will not be refunded for your purchase.

May I return a purchase?

 

If you would like to return your product you will receive in-store credit only for the amount of your purchase. No exchanges or refunds on opened or used products. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For further assistance with your return or exchange please email us at cali_glo@yahoo.com

How long is shipping, processing, and handling?

 

Most products begin shipping within 5-7 business days. For orders that are made fresh when purchased please allow 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Often times orders are shipped before the scheduled time.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?


Once you placed your self-care purchase you will receive an email with the tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped USPS. Once your order is processed it cannot be canceled or changed so we encourage you to review your items carefully before you purchase.
